Bisaya Daily is run by a small family team. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data. This page explains what we collect and why.
Your email address — if you join the waitlist or buy the course. We use it to send your license code, important course updates, and occasional news about Bisaya Daily. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Purchase information — when you buy, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) handles your payment and card details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a record that a purchase was made and the email tied to it.
License and device data — to prevent unlimited sharing of a single paid license, the app records a non-identifying "fingerprint" of the devices a license is used on, and how many are active. This is technical data about the browser/device, not personal information about you.
Your learning progress — the app stores your lesson progress so you can pick up where you left off and sync across your own devices. This is tied to your license code, not to your name.
We use a few trusted services to operate: Lemon Squeezy (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), and an email service to send you your license and updates. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@bisayadaily.com. Note that deleting your purchase record may affect our ability to restore your license later.
Questions about privacy? Email support@bisayadaily.com and we'll get back to you.
